This page is an example of a blended e-learning training.
After a short online introduction by the trainer, the participants acquire their first knowledge of project management through videos containing the basic theory, which is then illustrated with a research example.

In order to improve their learning experience, participants apply the presented methods to one of their project.

The content of the online part is crafted to meet the wishes of the client.

The rest of the training can be performed on-site or through online meetings with all the participants. Group exercises are performed, the trainer answers all questions and also gives feedback to the individual homeworks.
