Supervising junior researchers like PhD candiates/Master students is a demanding activity that will enable the latter to become experienced researchers.

In this online workshop, we will review the key elements of supervision, the duties and responsibilities of each person (supervisor/supervised person) to create win-win teams.
Active participation of the participants is mandatory. No prior knowledge is required.
